Scenario clock/scale?: A point scale governs who achieves the which of the scenario's stakes. The proctor sets a Scenario Clock value. The Scenario Clock has two tracks: the Hero track and the Villain track. Hero track starts at 0 and counts up. The Villain track starts at Scenario Clock value and counts down. If the Hero track value reaches the Clock value before the Villain track reaches 0, the PCs win their stakes. If the Villain track reaches 0 first, the villains win their stakes. Would need to detail how clock points change.
