1/4 tsp. | Black Pepper |
1/4 tsp. | Garlic Powder |

Shape into walnut or golf ball sized meatballs.
Place meatballs in a single layer in a large baking pan coated with vegetable oil cooking spray.
In a separate bowl, mix sauce ingredients until thoroughly combined.
Pour sauce mixture evenly over all meatballs.
Bake, covered, in a 350°F oven for 1 hour.
Recipe Notes
Serves 4 to 5 people.
The sauce is rather sweet. For a less sweet sauce, consider reducing the amount of brown sugar.
For more of a sweet and sour sauce, consider adding a couple tablespoons of vinegar to the sauce mixture.
Although these meatballs will have an excellent, light texture already. You could substitute any other kind of ground meat, such as pork, turkey, chicken, or even a mix of ground meats, into this recipe instead of beef (or in addition to beef if mixing meats). You might choose to do this to achieve a slightly different flavor profile, or to get a different texture.
