Keto Butter Tart Squares

adapted from the Butter Tart Squares recipe

Ingredients

Base
3/4 cup Butter, softened
1/2 cup Allulose
2 cups Almond Flour
Filling
2/3 cup Butter
2 cups Allulose
1 Tbsp Psyllium Husk Fiber
2 ea. Eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp Heavy Cream
2 Tsp Caramel Extract
1 Tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Prepare Base
  1. Cream butter and allulose, then mix in the almond flour.
  2. Pat mixture down in a 9“ square cake pan.
  3. Bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Let cool.
Prepare Filling
  1. Cream together butter, allulose, and psyllium husk fiber.
  2. Add eggs, cream, caramel extract, and vanilla; mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour on top of base.
  4. Bake in 350° oven for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Let cool to room temperature then cut into squares.
