Keto Butter Tart Squares
Ingredients
Base
3/4 cup | Butter, softened |
1/2 cup | Allulose |
2 cups | Almond Flour |
Filling
2/3 cup | Butter |
2 cups | Allulose |
1 Tbsp | Psyllium Husk Fiber |
2 ea. | Eggs, beaten |
3 Tbsp | Heavy Cream |
2 Tsp | Caramel Extract |
1 Tsp | Vanilla |
Preparation
Prepare Base
Cream butter and allulose, then mix in the almond flour.
Pat mixture down in a 9“ square cake pan.
Bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes.
Let cool.
Prepare Filling
Cream together butter, allulose, and psyllium husk fiber.
Add eggs, cream, caramel extract, and vanilla; mix thoroughly.
Pour on top of base.
Bake in 350° oven for 30-35 minutes.
Let cool to room temperature then cut into squares.
